Flexible Scheduling for Real Estate Professionals
We know real estate moves fast. Our scheduling is designed to be flexible and responsive to your needs.
Availability
- Standard scheduling — We're available Monday through Saturday for real estate shoots.
- Same-day or next-day bookings — Depending on availability, we can often accommodate last-minute requests. Call us directly for the fastest turnaround.
- Twilight shoots — Available during the twilight window (timing varies by season). These need to be scheduled around sunset times.
Service Areas
We serve the Greater Toronto Area (GTA), the Greater Orlando / Central Florida area, and surrounding regions. For properties outside these areas, contact us to discuss availability and travel arrangements.
Weather Policy
For exterior and drone photography, clear weather is ideal. If weather conditions aren't suitable on the day of your shoot:
- We'll contact you to discuss rescheduling
- Interior photography can often proceed regardless of weather
- Exterior shots can be rescheduled at no additional charge
Cancellations
We understand plans change in real estate. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide as much notice as possible. Same-day cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee.
