What services does R5 Vibe offer?
R5 Vibe offers wedding photography, wedding videography (cinematography), real estate photography, real estate video walkthroughs, drone/aerial photography, virtual tours, floor plans, twilight photography, live streaming, and masterclass content. We also offer engagement sessions and branding content.
Where is R5 Vibe located?
We have two offices: our headquarters in Brampton, Ontario (Canada) and a U.S. office in Windermere, Florida. We travel throughout North America and internationally for events.

What are your prices?

Wedding Questions
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking 6–12 months in advance for weddings, especially during peak season (May–October). However, we do accommodate shorter timelines when availability allows.
Do you travel for weddings?
Yes! We travel across Canada, the United States, and internationally. Travel costs are discussed upfront and included in your custom quote.
Can I get both photo and video?
Absolutely. We offer combo packages that bundle photography and videography together at a better value, with seamless coordination between teams.
How many photos will I receive?
As a general guide, expect approximately 50–100 edited images per hour of coverage. For a full-day wedding, this typically means 400–800+ final images.
When will I get my photos and videos?
Photography: 6–10 weeks (sneak peeks within 1–2 weeks). Videography: highlight films in 10–14 weeks (teasers within 2–4 weeks). Peak season may extend timelines slightly.
Do you offer engagement sessions?
Yes! Many of our wedding packages include a complimentary engagement session. It's also available as a standalone booking.
What is your cancellation policy?
The booking deposit is non-refundable. For date changes, we'll do our best to accommodate your new date at no extra charge, subject to availability. Full details are in your contract.
Do you offer live streaming?
Yes. Professional live streaming can be added to any wedding package so loved ones who can't attend in person can watch your ceremony in real time.
Will I receive RAW files?
We deliver professionally edited final images and films. RAW files are not included in standard packages as they don't represent our finished quality. Please ask during your consultation if RAW files are important to you.
Real Estate Questions
How quickly can I get photos back?
Standard turnaround for real estate photography is 24–48 hours. Rush delivery is available for time-sensitive listings.
Are your photos MLS-ready?
Yes. All real estate photos are delivered in MLS-compliant formats and resolutions, along with high-resolution originals.
Do you offer drone photography?
Yes. Our licensed and insured drone operators provide aerial photography and video for real estate listings. It can be added to any package or booked standalone.
How should I prepare the property for a shoot?
Clean and declutter, turn on all lights, open blinds, remove personal items and pet supplies, and stage the property if possible. We can provide a detailed preparation checklist.
Do you cover commercial real estate?
Yes. We photograph and produce video for commercial properties, new developments, vacation rentals, and more.
