R5 Vibe has covered weddings across North America and internationally. Whether your wedding is local or across the globe, we'd love to be there.
Local Coverage
We're based in the Greater Toronto Area (Brampton, Ontario) with a U.S. office in Windermere, Florida. Local weddings within these areas are covered without additional travel fees.
Travel for Destination Weddings
For weddings outside our local areas, here's how travel works:
- Travel costs — Flights, accommodations, and ground transportation are typically added to your package. We always discuss these costs upfront so there are no surprises.
- Travel time — Travel time to and from your destination is not counted toward your coverage hours.
- Equipment — We bring all necessary equipment with us. For international destinations, we handle all logistics related to transporting gear.
Destination Wedding Planning
For destination weddings, we recommend:
- Booking as early as possible to coordinate travel logistics
- Scheduling a pre-wedding venue walkthrough (virtual or in person) so we can scout locations and plan the best shots
- Considering adding extra days for a "day after" session or rehearsal dinner coverage
International Weddings
We've covered weddings internationally and are experienced with the logistics involved. Just let us know your destination, and we'll provide a custom quote that includes all travel arrangements.
