We want to make booking R5 Vibe as easy as possible. Here's how our payment structure works:
Deposit
A non-refundable deposit (retainer) is required to secure your wedding date. This deposit is applied toward your total package cost and confirms your booking on our calendar.
Payment Schedule
The remaining balance is typically split into payments leading up to your wedding day. We work with you to create a payment schedule that fits your budget. Common options include:
- 50/50 split — Half at booking, half before the wedding
- Monthly installments — Spread payments evenly over the months leading up to your date
- Custom schedule — We're flexible and happy to work with what works best for you
Accepted Payment Methods
We accept a variety of payment methods for your convenience, including credit cards, bank transfers, and other common payment options. Specific details are outlined in your contract.
Tax
Applicable taxes are calculated based on your event location and are added to your package total as required by law.
