Booking R5 Vibe for your wedding is straightforward. Here's how it works:
Step 1: Reach Out

Step 2: Consultation
We'll schedule a consultation (in person, via video call, or phone) to learn about your vision, discuss your wedding details, and answer any questions. This is where we get to know you as a couple and understand exactly what you're looking for.
Step 3: Custom Proposal
Based on our conversation, we'll put together a customized package and proposal that fits your needs and budget.
Step 4: Secure Your Date
Once you're happy with the proposal, we'll send over a contract for review and signing. A deposit is required to officially reserve your date on our calendar. We book on a first-come, first-served basis, so we recommend securing your date as early as possible — especially for peak wedding season (May–October).
Step 5: Pre-Wedding Planning
In the weeks leading up to your wedding, we'll finalize your timeline, discuss shot lists, and coordinate any special requests. We're here to make the process as stress-free as possible.
How Far in Advance Should I Book?
We recommend booking 6–12 months in advance, especially for Saturday weddings during peak season. However, we do accommodate last-minute bookings when available — don't hesitate to reach out even if your date is coming up soon.
